“Excellent service and of course, price. Could have done with a bit more help accessing a Corgi gas cylinder and had to scramble around to identify a supplier in Kent. Well pleased though, with the BBQ although have yet to try it”

“Competitive prices all year round for BBQ supplies! Great delivery. Never had a problem. Only 4* because 1. I would prefer bulk buy deals on briquettes and 2. I wish Riverside would stock other brands from the IS like Kingsford original.”

“The bench was excellent when we found it. Easy to construct, sturdy and well made. As alluded to the only issue was delivery. TNT left the bench outside our neighbours back gate about a quarter of a mile from our house. Luckly they spotted it and let us know. Just as well we have good neighbours.”

“So, I can’t comment on the efficacy of the Weber as I have not used it yet. Regarding, Riverside I received an email telling that they could not provide a Smokey Grey Weber. They could supply a Slate Grey - which was better for me. I called them and they explained that there system was overwhelmed in Black Friday, hence the substitution. What I appreciated was being appropriately informed (by email and call) in a polite and professional manner.”

“Amazing next day delivery! Have not yet tried the rotisserie and thermometer. Had to clear summerhouse ready to for a practice run before cookingh Christmas turkey on the day itself. 4-star because not yet tried the rotisserie and thermometer. Delivery would be 5 stars”
