“Only four stars because the parts I ordered for my barbecue didn't fit even though I was advised that they would. However after returning them and explaining the situation to their customer service department I received a full refund including the shipping costs so a minor mistake was properly rectified - thank you.”

“Poor description meant I ordered the wrong part. A call to order line revealed Riverside does not have the correct part in stock. This is a basic ignition unit for a current model Weber gas barbecue, so disappointed by this experience all round.”

“Fits the Weber spirit E-210 snugly with the bbq sides folded down. The fastening straps at the sides keep the cover tight. In my opinion it could do with another set of straps further down to keep the bottom nice and tight. Good product but could be even better. 4/5.”

“Item was perfect but delivered to wrong address so I had to go looking for it and when I left a message on garden centre voicemail no one rang me back. Not good customer service hence the mark down”

“bought a Webber go-anywhere bbq & cover from Riverside. Bbq looked like it had been wet at sometime, to close to the riverside!? but no detriment to the bbq, just watermark on box & rusty staples in instructions. Fast dispatch, & a large range of products.”
