“Due to the issue with the trapped ship in the Suez Canal our table was late on delivery which was out with the companies control but beyond that a first class service”

“Fantastic service and communication. Only criticism would be you need to either send a 2 man team to deliver bbq or van should have a ramp. As it was the delivery driver could not get the bbq out of the van on his own and I had to help. I am disabled and helping him caused extra pain for me but there was no other option.”

“Would have given five stars but I felt the delivery driver was rude, we had spent a lot of money with Riverside I expect better Actually I expect better regardless of what we’ve spent. I did phone and complain and the lady was very pleasant and apologised and said she would tell her manager we heard no more. We asked the driver if he could wheel it round the back and was told (very rudely) front door delivery only, it was his attitude.”

“The delivery wasn't made when it should of been, I emailed a delivery date and was told I would be given time slot on the delivery day, this didn't happen. When I called customer service they said, oh yeah just ignore that email, deliveries are taking longer than normal sorry. I don't feel this so very good customer service, I should of been made aware of the delivery delay at the point of ordering the product.”

“Hello , i was impressed with the service and short delivery time,your transport driver was particularly helpful, only down side which is why i only give 4 * was that one of the seats was wobblycould not for the life of me figure out the problem, i fixed the problem with an oak spacer.”
