“Set up BBQ okay but wasn't told had to buy green calor gas we only had blue ... by the time new green bottle arrived the weather has been wet and unable to try so hope it works 😳”

“Goods were as stated my only criticism is of the delivery information given. This was because they gave the impression that goods were arriving days before they had actually been collected from Riverside. Whether this is Riverside or their carrier I do not know. I am satisfied with the goods purchased.”

“GREATPRODUCTS GREAT PRICES AND QUICK DELIVERY.ONE COMPLAINT THOUGH TRIED TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT BECAUSE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE WAS TOLD TO RETURN AT MY COST WHICH WOULD HAVE COST ME AS MUCH AS THE PRODUCT SO ENDED UP ORDERING THE CORRECT SIZE PRODUCT AND NOW ALSO HAVE A PRODUCT WHICH IS OF NO USE TO ME. THE PRODUCT WAS A WEBER COOKER GRILL47CM MY MISTAKE I REQUIRED A 57CM WILL USE RIVERSIDE AGAIN MYBE LOOK AT YOUR RETUNR POLICY”

“I ordered a parasol and a bbq. I am very pleased with the parasol - have yet to put the bbq together. Riverside were great and although the items were sent to the carrier, it seemed to take a long time from when they received it until delivery, with the tracking info showing 'pending' for a few days.”

“Riverside have a good website. Their u-tude videos on the products was a great help when deciding on product choice. Pricing was fair and delivery was very good and as published. Riverside did not reply to an e-mail I sent but they did remedy my request hence they get 4 stars iso 5. I will use Riverside again in the future. Thank you.”

“Bought this for my mum but she felt it was a bit flimsy for where she wanted to hang it as the area can be a wind tunnel during bad weather. However I have an overhang so kept it myself n it looks beautiful and bigger than expected.”

“Good service, prompt delivery, fair price. I have knocked off a star on the basis that the handle was badly bent when it arrived. We managed to rectify ourselves so didn’t need to go back to retailer or try to return it.”
