“Fast delivery, super product, fast response on questions. Only the transport company got some how a wrong adress to deliver to, which caused some trouble receiving the BBQ. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Very efficient apart from we received an email advising us the BBQ we ordered would be delivered the following day but it arrived the day after that. How we, as we were on lockdown, this didn’t matter”

“I bought the trolley with wheels as well as the BBQ & there was a surplus top & surplus legs with the BBQ - why don't you combine the 2 & there will be less waste & should be cheaper for the customer. Also, no instructions to go with the base! Delivery on time & all complete. Well done for keeping going thru lockdown”

“Very happy with purchase, good price and fast delivery, would have been 5 stars but BBQ arrived damaged. Sara at riverside was very helpful in arranging for the replacement damaged parts to sent out which arrived a few days later. Would not hesitate to use again.”
