“We ordered a Samsung 65" curved TV which was advertised as in stock and 3/4 days despatch. Finally received it 3 weeks later after many phone calls and my time being wasted waiting in for a delivery. Better organisation with delivery required.”
“I ordered a Washer/Dryer which was dispatched very quickly and arrived within 4 working days, which was great. The 2 guys who delivered it were very helpful in getting into the property.
The only criticism I would have would be regarding communicating when the delivery would take place. An email would be good, instead I had a voice message the day before saying it would arrive the next day before 2pm. I had no opportunity to change the day, but luckily I was going to be in, though it actually arrived around 4pm.
Otherwise a great service.”
“Good service only major down side is they don't deliver to a separate address that the registered card. I understand why they do this but unfortunately it is very impractical and totally inconvenient. Unfortunately it would be a bit reason for me to not buy from them again.”
“What can I say, absolute excellent service. Was messed about on Amazon by a seller so cancelled my order, made a late night (Thursday) purchase with RLR DIstribution. TV arrived on Saturday evening. Was contacted on Friday by telephone to make sure I was in on Saturday for the delivery.”

“Ordering was OK. The tracking didn't give understandable information and the delivery turned up with out the promised phone call. The product was OK except for a missing UK lead. RLR promised to send one but it never arrived. Purchased the lead in the end.”
Good evening, All our products come with mains lead within the box, usually all missing parts are sent by manufacturers, but since we do not like our customers to wait long we usually ship the missing part from our side, sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

I wanted a specific Samsung 4k TV which was unavailable almost everywhere else in UK.
Spotted an advert from RLR distribution which suggested they nhad them in stock.
Telephoned and was given a lot of help and the lady confirmed that they did have the set in stock.
I asked for a quick delivery and she said place the order now and I will send it today.
I was rather dubious but did place the order.
Sure enough a couple of hours later I received confirmation that set had been despatched and tracking number given.
As promised the set arrived the following day and is fantastic....as good as the service from RLR.
Never heard of this company before but will be looking to them for future purchases and have recommended to others....and by they way...they were £100 cheaper than other stores!!!

“I purchased a Samsung 55 inch smart TV (UE55JU6800) from RLR. What was delivered was a 49 inch LG TV, with a different customer's contact details attached, in a completely different geographic location. I emailed RLR and received an apology with a commitment to rectify. A follow-up phone call did little to provide reassurance that this would actually happen. However, two days later the correct order was fulfilled. The TV is great and was way cheaper than Currys. RLR should consider upgrading their order processing software to avoid unnecessary delivery charges and customer frustration.”
