“I ordered a Samsung UE46F6400ACTIVE 3D LED SMART TELEVISION. A lot of complications - was originally told it would take 3 - 5 days but then on the 5th day, I was told it would take another few days. I was moving home on the 5th day so I had to change the shipping address.
8 days on and I could not get through to their offices. On the 11th day, I get an email stating the item has been dispatched - to my OLD address! Send an email asking if they have actually dispatched it (and if so, why to my old address??) and was told it actually wasnt dispatched yet (erm, so why the email stating it had been??)
I eventually got it and the item works great but the customer service could do with some improving and they definitely lack in customer care. Not sure if I would purchase from then again......”
“Watching the world cup on one of last year's best tvs for a remarkable price - the lowest I could find. Initial misgivings: was I buying a display model or a return? I really don't think so .Packaging original and undisturbed. Delivery was astonishingly quick. Picture impeccable - also sound seems no better through my( very) old KEF reference speakers.
