“Item: Bosch dishwasher. We received a different model from the one ordered (and invoiced). Whilst this was mostly the same spec it would have been nice to have been given the choice as one of the features on the original order was not present on the machine received (child lock on the door).”
“I have seen the negative reviews and I can kind of understand why, but it is not necessary the companies fault, I own my own business and have constant problems with the bigger courier companies that break more items that actually get delivered. So these guys are doing the sensible thing and getting smaller companies to deliver the goods as far better to get the good late than smashed.
But the problem because they are small sometimes they take longer to deliver as they have to plan a route, this is what seems to let the company down it is not entirely their fault, they just want you to get your goods in one piece.”
“I had a call for next day delivery between 1 and 5 pm, at 5:30 I called to chase up, the guy was very apologetic and stated the driver hah encountered delays and should be with me at 7pm
The item arrived at approx.7:10 with no problems. A neighbour kindly took it in as we were late for a function.
Excellent service only marred by lack of a phone call to inform of the delay, otherwise great communication.”

“TV ordered on the 16th collected from RLR by couriers Arrow XL I rang and emailed RLR a few days later when it didn't arrive and they said they would look into it but I didn't find out that the goods had been damaged in transit (left out in the rain) and returned to RLR until seven days after original order.....but I had to phone the courier and then RLR to find all that for myself. Money was transferred back into my account 8 days after original order.”
“LG smart TV failed just over two years old. Fobbed off by retailer who seems not to be aware of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. It is not reasonable to expect a £600 television to only last two years. Worth paying the extra to go with a reputable retailer. Lesson learnt...”
Customer has bought the tv more then 2 years back and wanted us to replace the tv or pay the amount for it ..As the purchase of the tv had gone past manufacturers warranty we were unable to assist the customer ..

Ordered an LG 3D TV on the Sunday that was "Damaged Box, TV Brand New", Monday was a Bank Holiday. Wednesday I got a phone call to confirm that the order was damaged box, but brand new, before they shipped. Thursday, product arrived absolutely as described. I wasn't there when it arrived at midday, so my mum signed for it (box was a state) as "unchecked", as you can't really tell until plugged and working properly.
Maybe peoples expectations are too great nowadays. Mine were low and RLR performed way above them.

“After studying the market for 6 months I finally bought SHARP 80 inch tv from RLR . I was a bit nervous at first but it was not only the cheapest by £300 but they had one in stock. After waiting a week for delivery I phoned and got a tracking number for the delivery firm which had had it sitting in their depot waiting for a call off me. I sorted a date out and it was delivered on time. I am delighted with this product. Unfortunately there were no screws in the box for fitting the stand nor any for wall mounting. A trip to B&Q got me the scews for wall mounting but I am still waiting for the stand screws ( I don't need them at moment but I may want to sell someday. ) Overall I was pleased that it arrived in one piece and works perfectly .”

“Poor communication. They phoned on Tuesday 10th to say that the box was damaged so they would put it in new bo, refund me £25 and arranged another day for delivery. I came home on Saturday 14th to find a delivery note. I had to go and collect the TV myself only to find it still in a damaged box (I have pictures) and had also clearly been opened, I suspect it was a display mode, and one battery was missin. I have checked my accounts and the £25 has not been refunded.”
