“Delivery service not very good despite 3 phone calls before my purchase. ordered 55 inch Samsung 4k TV, the TV is brilliant although it is a European model which is obvious due to the two pin plug that is supplied in the unopened box so a late night dash to buy a cable was required. Would I buy again, probably not as my trust is lost but ignoring the supply side of it the TV is fab.”

“The overall shopping experience was very good. I ordered a TV on Sunday and it was delivered 2 days later on Tuesday. All went very smoothly.
A couple of things which could be improved though are the following:
- I don't think the website mentioned how quickly they would deliver the item. So I did not know what to expect and if the items was actually in stock.
- Furthermore I received an order acknowledgement rather than an order confirmation which stated "This e-mail is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order and your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been dispatched to you." I find this practice not very good. If I order an item and pay for it the company should be able to confirm this order and do not keep their options open until they have actually dispatched the item. This is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5.”

- system does not allow dispatching to an address different than the card address so I had to do the bank transfer, annoying but I understand the point
- it took a bit to get the invoice emailed
