“If you are dead set on getting a rock bottom price at all costs, then this company is ideal. If you are expecting great customer service then avoid at all costs. Spending over £2000 on the latest UHD TV is completely unnerving when you receive absolutely no contact for over a week after purchase despite being in stock. Emails go unanswered, phones run to a full answer machine so you can't leave a message. I got through once on a mobile number to be told it was dispatched that day (it wasn't!) Then the mobile was switched off for the next 2 days. A PayPal dispute was raised with no replies from the company, then suddenly I received notification email saying my TV had been dispatched however the order status still showed as "processing". The TV is brilliant! The price saved me almost £600 on Currys! Value, undoubted.....customer service....non existent! If you use this company be prepared for slow delivery and don't bother trying to contact them. It WILL arrive.....eventually!”
“RLRDistribution had the best price for the tv I wanted and the purchase was straight forward.
It was a bit concerning that when I tried to contact them to see if it had been dispatched, the website on my order confirmation email didn't work and when I phoned them, then number went straight to answer phone which was full.
However, I emailed them via another of their addresses and got a response in a couple of hours to say that the tv would be with me by the end of the week, which it was.
So, overall, good price, quick delivery but comms could be improved.”

It was a one day delay with the delivery due to some problems but I was very well informed and they called me twice, so again very impressed.
