“No interest in sorting out serious 'errors' with our accounts in excess of £20k. No manager for over 7 months. 4 short stayers for previous 2 years. No response from Regional manager - One brief response from operations Director south. No response at all from finance director. No response to S22 request. Lots of no responses, but I will not give up.”
“One of the most inept organisations that I have ever seen in my life. They are incapable of managing buildings, communicating with residents and they are devoid of feeling or emotion in the delivery of their daily tasks. If they come anywhere near your building, run away as fast as you can. They are a part of the larger Places for People so it is a disgrace that this situation has been allowed to continue. They should not be allowed to operate and the fact that they are is evidence of the failure of regulation in this industry sector.”
“The service cost a lot but you get absolutely nothing!!! The area and my building are completely neglected so what do they use this money for? Any time reporting a repair they will come back that this is not included, ridiculous!”
“This is an absolute farce of a company who have passed my account onto debt collection company without any warning. They are pathetic at dealing with people on the phone and email.
We were first contacted by them in Feb with just an invoice, no mention of who they were, what the payment would be for. And since then they have been to the grounds once which was to absolutely destroy the trees out front.
Pathetic company and I can tell from all the other reviews that this is how they treat their customers.”
“for four years they never mowed the grass in front of my house, when I stopped paying they took me to debt collection and to court!!! I’m not recommending this company !!!’”
“Taken straight to court. No reminder, no final notice, no pre court action letter. How is this even legal? I'm not the only one in my estate either. My first encounter with this extortion racket.”
“RMG is NOT to be TRUSTED!
These GROUP of companies, their contracts (ie. surveyors) and posibly unwritten agreements they do with subcontractors and FREEHOLDERS should be investigated.
After 5 years experience witnessing their mismanaging of our home/building in London I found writting and talking with them a waste of time, inefficient and ineffective. They have no minimun knowledge of our leasehold and keep making mistakes and contradictions that cost us LEASEHOLDERS money, time and joy of living in our properties!
RMG appear to be "protected" by freeholders, unaccountable to anything and that is why the entire MONEY PATH should be investigated.
We leaseholders pay for all higher than average costs and the freeholders do not pay anything, neither want to get involved until it goes terribly wrong.”
“Charged over £300 for late fee by property debt collection, this was the first I knew about an invoice to be paid. Passed from RMG to PDC and back again, no solution, apparently they have acted within the law, maybe the law needs changing then!”
“RMG have been charging extortionate service charge for years. I have asked on several occasions for a breakdown of what we pay for and all I am told is that the fee of £225 per year which is charged to over 200 residents, (which equals to over £90k) is for gardening!!!!. Something has to be done about this. Customer service it terrible as they don't know what they are doing either.”
“Rubbish rubbish rubbish, I’ve been trying to get a refund of £13.50 for three months, no one calls back, no one emails back, and the whole team seem incompetent.
Property manager Dawn tells me not to worry then ghosts me. RMG what a shambles of a company you are.
Heavily pregnant and shouldn’t be calling twice a week to check the progress of my refund for months - it’s £13.50!”
“Astonished by the aggressive and defensive customer service staff. Even on speaking with a manager (not entirely sure she was a manager), the same rudeness. No call back as promised and put on never ending hold a couple of times. Applied a 'reminder charge' of £40 on a bill of £126 when a direct debit should have been set up months ago and they failed to do so. Told it was my fault and the charge applies unless I could provide evidence even though one of the agents had previously advised there was evidence on the record of the direct debit. Not even sure what service is being provided by this company as I live in a house not one of the flats they purport to service...”
“Shambles, they lie , allow drug addicts to work for them and even allow cash in hand parking rackets to go on under their noses . cctv only works to their advantage if it actually works at all . Even temp staff complained about working for RMG .”
“Most of the reviews out here tell you they don't approve anyone. I'm here to tell you they do, kind of.
I got approved the first time for $1000.
First time using it I requested a virtual card number. After about 3 days I got a response to do an identity verification.
The identity verification link didn't work so I tried to call RMG.
Well turns out there phone lines don't work half the time. I couldn't call in for a few days. I decided to email them instead. I got a response back that there phone lines are down.
At this point I'm thinking this place is a scam and I already paid around $170 for my first payment on the virtual card.
Going back and forth I decided to tell them to cancel my account. It didn't seem like they were going to allow me to the identity verification steps.
They cancel out the account and I got a refund in about 3 days.
Some time passes by so I decided to call in to try and open a new account. This time the phone lines are working.
I talk with this guy who sounds like a he's in the US. I'm starting to feel better about it. He helps resetup a new account and tells me they will contact me once it's approved again.
Few days later the account is approved again.
Once again I decide to open another virtual card request.
I paid around $93 for the first payment and waited for approval.
5 days passed and they ask for identity verification. I did the identity verification form with my ID and submitted it online.
Once again no response. 9 days now so I try to call. Phone lines not working again.
Day 10 I call again. Someone answers and apologized for their systems being down and explained when the computers are finished updating past 22 precent he will look at my account and approve it. He assured me it would be done that day.
Day 11, I finally get a response back. The request was denied. No other emails or reading to why even though I was approved twice for a credit line with them.
Guys don't waste your time this place is a complete joke. Even if they do work and you say needed some help paying your utility bill or wanted to buy something on Amazon in a hurry it won't matter because you went get a response back in 11 days, likely to be told the request was denied.
Definitely believe this place is a scam.”
“Stay as far away from this fraudulent company as you possibly can. Whilst I'm an owner of my property, these cowboys "manage" a railway bund for our estate. Its falling apart, decrepid and dangerous. All whilst they rake in £45,000 of "management fees" to service a £2,002 reserve fund for the railway bund. Yes you read that right, they charge £45,000 per year to our estate to collect £2,002 for a reserve fund and on the odd occasion reply to emails. How they are still in exsitance I will never know.”
“Rip off company, taken money out of our apartment reserve account, described the withdrawal as a good will gesture for RMG. Asked a number of time why and what it was for, still awaiting an explanation.”
