If I could give them no stars I would they are dreadful. Customer service definitely need to be some as they don't offer anything that resembles customer service. We have an open drying area on our estate that us used as public toilet and have repeated asked for a lock to be put on it! There response it sercure as it has a latch on it! Yeah good one customer service I think not. They over charge for every job on the estate, we as the residents always find a cheaper quote but never allowed to submit or we missed the window! If you are looking at reviews becausel you are thinking buying a property managed by RMG.don't.

Awful cowboy management company. They do nothing whatsoever. Have been dealing with multiple issues for 2 years that have not been sorted. They need to be shut down for good.

Totally disorganised, charges for god know what applied to account then removed and put back on. Cut off calls if they are too difficult to deal with. Refuse to meet with residents, rebill several times in a year with amended amounts time and time again. Disgusting company.

Very poor service. And impossible to understand what your money is spent on. Service charges include cleaning contract and grounds maintenance, but absolutely no cleaning is ever done and grounds maintenance is minimal (basically just mowing of lawn) - weeds growing through pathways and car park with no attempts to fix, leaves never cleaned up, broken fences and rubbish left lying around car park area for months on end etc.

Mismanagement for over a decade of having to deal with them. Overcharge as standard, unresponsive. I reported an issue with our roof 2.5 years ago, and it still hasn't been fixed.

Possibly the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Constant increases in management fees(over 40% increase thus year). Not following correct procedures, 5 months (February 2022) since storm damage removing roof tiles still not repaired. Lots of defects yet to repair, cross costing of repairs to one building put on a different building, constant change in Property Managers (4 in just over 2.5 years), lift not working for over a year, electric gates constantly breaking. The list goes on. Right to Manage seems the only way to get rid of RMG.

Bad management. Won’t listen to any complaints , just retaliate by nitpicking to shut you up. In fact they close complaints without dealing with them. Their customer service is shocking, we have never seen m our manager since moving in (that was over 2 years ago), she comes and goes unannounced because she knows she will get so many complaints. I would give no stars if it were possible.

Charge a lot of money for minimal things, take a long time to reply to maintenance requests and take even longer to actually fix things, seem to have no accountability at all. An example of their incompetence: they changed the locks on the main flat door and posted the keys in the letterboxes… which you can only access once you are inside the building so many were locked out for hours. Another example: there was some trespassers who were using drugs and it took RMG more than 6 months to remove some used syringes that had been found in the meter cupboard.

RMG manage two blocks in the North that we have flats in. They are the worst managing agent we have dealt with (and we have a few). They are over priced and terrible with accounts. The maintenance crews they use are not good and that’s even if they come to do the work. Stay away from them or try to do a RTM and get them out.

Overpriced. They lie for their financial gain. You’ll be trapped with them forever. Check the small print. They painted the flat with regular paint, not render. And we fitted the bill for their mistakes. The land maintenance is shoddy at best. They lost my wedding certificate. I could go on

Nothing short of crooks and corrupt to the core. They’ll never disclose fees, yet apply them and threaten. They’ll never tell you what they do with your factors monies. Even voted out, they’ll refuse to leave and use your money to challenge it with lawyers. Unregulated industry that needs resolving to prevent organisations like this existing. Avoid at all costs
