“I'm a loyal customer and buy a lot from this store, but I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. I purchased a pair of pants during an end-of-season sale, wore them twice, and the zipper completely fell off the second time--making them unwearable.
When I brought them to the store, they suggested I take them to a tailor in the mall, which cost me $20 to fix. I also reached out to customer service online, but they refused to offer any solution. Even a small gesture, like a gift card to cover the repair, would have been appreciated.
The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address this issue is frustrating. Until they improve their service, I won't be shopping here again and wouldn't recommend it to others. I'm happy to update this review if they make things right.”
“Terrible customer service, I bough a shirt for the a Christmas gift and when I wanted to exchange it they stated the window to return was closed as of the 24th really Christmas is on the 25th. I didn't even want my money returned I wanted to exchange it. Ridicules' for the cost the customer service sucks !! The WORST will never order again!!”

“Ordered 2 T-shirts (the black bulldog and the blue bulldog). Love the design and fabric texture. Unfortunately, the blue one shrank in the wash (cold) almost 2 sizes!!! When we called the company they said they would take it back but ONLY if the tags were still on it. How often do you wash your clothes with the tags on them??? Watch out and buyer beware with this company. They do not stand by their products.”

Have had the same issue every time I order from Robert Graham directly. Says you will get it in 6-8 business days and doesn’t even ship in that time. Recommend ordering from Patrick James as you do get it quickly with them”

“A disgrace of a company. Ordered a very expensive bottle of whisky and 10 days later no whisky delivered. Checked my account and order showing as refunded. No email to apologise, no email to say I was bring refunded and no refund received.
Utter shambles and in this day and age where service is everything this company are amongst the worst.
