“Great to have you online despite no physical store. A point system or membership of some sort would motivate returning customers. I shop for gifts usually. All purchases are gifts so far.”

“As the items I ordered came at different times, it would be better to indicate 1st of eg 5 items sent, instead of Order No. eg #123 delivered. After waiting a few days I had to send an enquiry about my remaining items.”

We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review. We understand that it is more convenient if the order will be delivered altogether. However, If you order multiple products from multiple brands, you will receive the items separately in different packages and on different days due to their different delivery lead times & warehouse locations. “I had a pleasant experience for my first online purchase from Robinsons. My purchases were delivered very promptly but would have been better if an estimated delivery date is given after I have confirmed my order, similar to most other online stores such as Lazada, iHerb, RedMart, Tao Bao.”

“Glad that yr customer service response to my delivery address correction was prompt. Delivery service was also prompt. Goods received in good order. Purchase online was also easy and hassle free. Good. Keep it up. Prices of other merchandise - not that competitive though.”
