Buying from Robinson is a disappointing affair. Made purchase twice, first time delivery not received and sent back to seller. And the discounts and rewards when used, keep prompting for selected items and cannot be used. So what's the point of giving discounts and rewards when cannot be used or most of Robinson items are not applicable. Delivery inwould say the third party company that are being used are not competent. Even after I personally called and give clear instructions, still delivery attempts failed a couple of times. Robinson has to really look into this customer experiences

Irresponsible courier did not call and just left it outside of my house. Lucky it wasn’t taken away by passer-by. Other than that, ok.

The lid of the wok i received was damaged and I was promised an exchange. Initially I was asked to go down to the vendor to have an exchange but I can't make the trip down. After 1.5 weeks, I still did not receive an exchange. Somebody else was tasked to contact me about the exchange but did not reply after a day when I had more queries. I was not expecting such bad follow up and my family was really upset about not being able to use the item after purchasing.

The transaction was smooth but i have some issues with the product. It smells off, like expired rancid oil. I couldn't find the expiry date on the bottle. Since it is allegedly a Japanese product, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. But for a no-scent product, the scent of rancid oil was awfully strong.

I ordered two items. The egg cooker is the only one linked to this review: surprise, surprise, the other items is not linked in the review invitation I received via email. The other item in the delivery, a very expensive pressure cooker/air fryer combo (KITH 17-IN-1 MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRESSURE COOKER & AIR FRYER), was not delivered on time because the courier lied and said delivery hadn't been possible (it was being delivered to the school where I work, and was most definitely open and accessible for deliveries at the time the courier said otherwise). In any case, the item was returned to Robinsons, was then resent, and today I tried the item for the first time. It malfunctioned and began emmitting smoke. I had to put it in the rubbish because it was also impossible to open to even try to remove the food inside. I am in Singapore and it is too much of a bother to try to haggle for a refund or return (especially since the cooker was malfunctioning, smoking, and contained food it was impossible to remove because it wouldn't open). Service/delivery was terrible and expensive item malfunctioned the first time I used it.
