“Item was received intact but such bulky items were left outside my unit blocking half the corridor path. I would appreciate if delivery-man can call or text before going to the deliver address. If it rains heavily like these 2 days, my items would be soaked wet! 😒”

“I bought my items on 11.11. After a week, I was told that 3 of my items are currently not available. The remaining items came after another week... service is slow and its a disappointment the ads continue to run despite products not being available.”

“I bought a Severin AT 2589 Automatic Bread Toaster online but waited more than a week for delivery. When I didn't get any notification after 4 business days, I had to call the helpline to get things moving. At least the staff on the helpline was really helpful and made sure delivery was arranged the very next day. If I had not made the call, it was pretty clear that the item would have been delivered much later if ever. Not a good experience but I appreciate the help rendered by the staff whom I called.”
