I bought from you but it didn’t cross my mind when receiving it that there should be a slight that comes with the bag but when I check there’s no sling in it . I informed your staff through a phone conversation but she didn’t get back to me. May I ask I could replace the bag sling for me for I really needed it . Your help is much appreciated!

Preferably, if at some stage, bring back your brick and mortar store to make for a much better shopping experience. There is something about a physical store that simply cannot be replicated via an online shopping platform. The 'touch and feel' for each product will help inform one's choices more meaningfully. As it is, the buyer has only the stated product information provided to go by. This in itself is not satisfactory as it is very limited. Again, it may not always provide a comprehensive description of the product concerned.

No advance call on arrangement for delivery. Sudden call at noon on 13 June when on one at home and asked for someone to rx chair on the spot. Arrived unannounced on 17 June. Luckily someone was at home. Quite disappointed with the chair. Looks subquality, with marks, cuts, "depresions" on surface of rattan. Originally intended to buy more after the first order but change my mind.

Well..i got bad experiance this purchase.My purchase was sent to my Old address at Yishun.My now address is at Woodland.I was waiting for my good to arrive..when email say..its was delivered.I find it funny..why didnt your delivery guy contact me before sending my purchase to confirm ist a correct address.I didnt know where it goes wrong..during the paying transaction it was hang..several times..u can see how many reminder Robinson email me to make payment..to make payment.Off course i didnt check the address knowing i shift about 5years ago frm Yishun.Pls not to have such mistake again..till now i have not collected my luggage frm the new owner.Thank u again Robinson.

Skin care or health supplement products should preferably include the expiry or best before date in the product listing so that customer can decide whether to purchase the products.
