“The lid of the wok i received was damaged and I was promised an exchange. Initially I was asked to go down to the vendor to have an exchange but I can't make the trip down. After 1.5 weeks, I still did not receive an exchange. Somebody else was tasked to contact me about the exchange but did not reply after a day when I had more queries. I was not expecting such bad follow up and my family was really upset about not being able to use the item after purchasing.”

“The transaction was smooth but i have some issues with the product. It smells off, like expired rancid oil. I couldn't find the expiry date on the bottle. Since it is allegedly a Japanese product, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. But for a no-scent product, the scent of rancid oil was awfully strong.”

“I ordered two items. The egg cooker is the only one linked to this review: surprise, surprise, the other items is not linked in the review invitation I received via email. The other item in the delivery, a very expensive pressure cooker/air fryer combo (KITH 17-IN-1 MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRESSURE COOKER & AIR FRYER), was not delivered on time because the courier lied and said delivery hadn't been possible (it was being delivered to the school where I work, and was most definitely open and accessible for deliveries at the time the courier said otherwise). In any case, the item was returned to Robinsons, was then resent, and today I tried the item for the first time. It malfunctioned and began emmitting smoke. I had to put it in the rubbish because it was also impossible to open to even try to remove the food inside. I am in Singapore and it is too much of a bother to try to haggle for a refund or return (especially since the cooker was malfunctioning, smoking, and contained food it was impossible to remove because it wouldn't open). Service/delivery was terrible and expensive item malfunctioned the first time I used it.”

“Robinson bamboo towel series are thick, fluffy, very absorbent, and gentle on skin. I do hope you will release a hair towel in a triangular shape to wrap long hairs like mine. The bath towel is good and absorbent but it’s too heavy when I wrap on my head. The hand towel is too small and it can’t hold my long hair neatly. I will definitely buy again once you have that hair towel designed for long hair. Thank you.”

“Bought so it'll fit my 15 inch notebook but it does not fit. After a few manoeuvres, all it fits is my iPad Pro and few few packets of tissues. I had to keep the computer charger in the main compartment as well. It's very slim so you'll have to manage your item's carefully & the added security lock is a nice feature like most other cabin luggages. Main compartment and wheels are as described. I have not tried using the usb or cup holder but I'm sure it'll work and nice to have though I honestly don't think it's necessary. I initially picked a yellow colour luggage but they said it's not available. They were also very polite/apologetic and delivery was within 24 hours when I told them that I was flying out soon. Since the bag is made of aluminium frame, I find the edges may be quite razor sharp so be careful when closing. I did get this during a sale and overall for the price paid, it's a decent purchase and I see myself using this for future trips.”
