Upset with the way Robinson refund me because the products out of stocks. Refund me not the full amount. I have to spent $150 to get a extra discount of $25. When it is not my fault that you are out of stocks, you did not give me the full $25 discount. Disappointed.

1. Order was accepted and payment collected when the item was out of stock. This is totally unacceptable. 2. Refund was very slow and took a while after the item was confirmed no stock. Payment should be refunded immediately when confirm no stock. 3. Had very bad customer experience for my first order. 4. Am a very unhappy customer after purchase. 5. Promise will never buy again from Robinsons. 6. Bye!

The order had been sent wrongly. Had send a email to clarify and it had been verify, however, it had been a week so far no change of goods from the supplier yet. Kindly please check what had happened.

I have not received my items: 3 sets of bedsheets and a bottle of spot removal serum. I am told that delivery was unsuccessful for bedsheets (my family members work from home and domestic worker too!) I also received message tt the spot removal serum was delivered and yet I saw nothing in my mailbox the last 3 days. I have ordered CNY goodies earlier this year with no issue with delivery. May I know what’s happening? I am even told to pay for delivery if I want my items !!!

I have purchased few of the Lierac products listed here. Majority of them arrived with broken security seals (product safety aluminium film that close the cream tubs). The individual wrappings were all opened and tampered with before packing into the parcel. The parcel arrived undamaged. I returned the whole purchase and was refunded. The Customer Service apologised. Apparently - I was told - all those products were shipped “by the partner supplier” Robinsons should pay better attention to the reliability of partners they choose to trade with. Very disappointing experience, unfortunately.

Bought 2 Robinson hotel series bath towel, very disappointed with the quality. Towel fibre coming loose and stuck to skin when wiping down.

Price is at the high side as compared to other departmental store. Which I bought at $59.9 per piece while the same item was selling $29.9 at BHG physical store. Thus, I’m quite disappointed with my first purchase.

Vendor management need to be prompt and done timely in order not to disappoint customers else one can purchase item only to be refunded later which is really a waste of time for both company and consumer. Whatever that is listed on website needs to be exact and real time which is a given in current market.

Very deceptive, more info about the material and exact measurements should b given and also the model number. It wasn’t what was presented in the photos. V disappointed .

Item purchased was purported at 50% discount. The full price was like nearly a 100. I thought it was a steal. Unfortunately after washing realised that item are no better than those sold at " pasar malam " . The total weight of 4 large medium and small is lesser than my 2 large towel. What a let down. I will not buy online fr Robinson again
