Didnt know that Robinsons points cant be stacked with existing promotions. Thats a minus 1.

Sale is good but unfortunately, the points gained cannot be used together with promo code. It is sad because all my previous points accumulated were not used and expired. There is also no warning that the points will expire. Please consider to allow usage of both together.

Was very disappointed that I couldn’t change colour of my pillow case as I fedback just an hour or two later within the same day of purchase (after noticing colour discrepancy from my selection). This was prior to getting Robinson email confirmation the following day that orders can’t be changed. Btw, my selection of silky grey had became blue by the system. Anyway, the product itself is alright as a Christmas gift based on what was advertised. Thank you.

First time using Robinson shopping online. I must say its delivery took 1 whole week for a set of bedsheets that is stocked in spore. Other popular online platforms’ delivery are average 2 days. Some even next day. It’s not how large an item is, I have ordered fm china, huge cat tree and it arrived in 5days by travelling through the provinces and then by air to spore. I believe most consumers are used to this standard delivery time. It’s also not about whether u need the items urgently or not. It’s just industry expectation these days. If you want to capture more sales online, you need to relook into delivery time.

Irresponsible courier did not call and just left it outside of my house. Lucky it wasn’t taken away by passer-by. Other than that, ok.

The transaction was smooth but i have some issues with the product. It smells off, like expired rancid oil. I couldn't find the expiry date on the bottle. Since it is allegedly a Japanese product, I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. But for a no-scent product, the scent of rancid oil was awfully strong.

Pls improve the last mile delivery by giving us option at checkout to leave items at main door. Many delivery systems allow customers this option.

Bought so it'll fit my 15 inch notebook but it does not fit. After a few manoeuvres, all it fits is my iPad Pro and few few packets of tissues. I had to keep the computer charger in the main compartment as well. It's very slim so you'll have to manage your item's carefully & the added security lock is a nice feature like most other cabin luggages. Main compartment and wheels are as described. I have not tried using the usb or cup holder but I'm sure it'll work and nice to have though I honestly don't think it's necessary. I initially picked a yellow colour luggage but they said it's not available. They were also very polite/apologetic and delivery was within 24 hours when I told them that I was flying out soon. Since the bag is made of aluminium frame, I find the edges may be quite razor sharp so be careful when closing. I did get this during a sale and overall for the price paid, it's a decent purchase and I see myself using this for future trips.

Did not mention in the description that items would be shipped from overseas and delayed the delivery. Item was left at the door in the open without any message or doorbell pressed, unsafe and unattended.

Additionally, the description says that the product is shipped overseas. This can be found in the first paragraph of the listing description.

Preferably, if at some stage, bring back your brick and mortar store to make for a much better shopping experience. There is something about a physical store that simply cannot be replicated via an online shopping platform. The 'touch and feel' for each product will help inform one's choices more meaningfully. As it is, the buyer has only the stated product information provided to go by. This in itself is not satisfactory as it is very limited. Again, it may not always provide a comprehensive description of the product concerned.

I shopped at Robinsons because they have a promotion with heymax.ai but they didn’t track it and I didn’t get the extra miles. So it wasn’t cheaper than another retailer and the shopping experience was a letdown.

It was difficult to return what I bought. And could not contact anyone to relate my problem. Had to escalate to senior management and after many many emails, issue was resolved
