“I have been using Roboform for 13+ years now. 2 years ago, I "upgraded" to the family plan so my children could benefit from stronger passwords and ease of logging into sites with those complex passwords generated. The app needs to be a little more user-friendly on mobile devices and apps used on them - many times I have to search "all logins" to have a field(s) filled in for me.”

“Works great on most sites. But there are some sites, that don’t trigger Roboform auto response. I have go to roboform at copy and paste the username and password.”

“I made a purchase and then next day went to install and my computer could not load robo. Sent an email to RoboForm and they refunded my purchase pronto. Very customer friendly. Soon as I get a new computer- I'm installing RoboForm”

“I have purchased ROBOFORM for passwords saving. The one thing I would like ROBOFORM to add is to cancel previous password when I register a new one for the same link. You know how many times some sites ask you to change your password. It is annoying to have to go to the stored passwords and delete the ones that have been changed.”

“I’ve been using RoboForm for almost 20 years. I have it on my desktop and my iPhone. It is safe, reliable, & easy to use. The support is quick and accurate. The also have an online manual. Both my wife & son use it & are happy with it. I’ve tried other brands , like Lastpass, but RoboForm is much easier to use. Their price has gone up over the years, but so has the cost of everything else. My ONLY complaint is that, on my desktop, the icon changes “eye color” when logged in or not. However, it changes color from black to green. This is almost impossible to distinguish. They should change to a bright color, like red or orange.”

“Easy to navigate and rarely used passwords are easily found.The one thing I wished I had done was.make a hard copy from my computer.My computer bit the dust a few weeks ago. I will remember to back every thing up and when I a new computer Robo form will be one of the first apps I put on it”
