“As of today, 6/9/17, Roboform is not working on my iMac. It crashes when entering login pw. It crashes Firefox. It crashes when trying to install the latest version. Sorry about not providing specifics, but I have been through this at least twice in the past and will not spend more time on it. When it did work, I very much liked the user interface. Only thing I did not like was the way Roboform printed the passwords. It printed them in a web page format. I could not put the passwords into a spreadsheet. At least not easily.”

If so, if you can please provide the ticket number, we will gladly escalate it on your behalf. Otherwise, please submit a ticket here: www.roboform.com/support. In addition, starting with RoboForm 8, you can now export passwords to a csv file.

“I have been using RoboForm since version 3 over 15 years ago, it was free to start with with a limited amount of logins saved, I think it was V5 when I decided a do a one off payment for unlimited use. I got to V6 and stuck with that until 2 years ago when I paid for V7. I have tried several of the other free password managers but they come nowhere near the versatility of RoboForm, I have the everywhere version and use it on my mobile and tablet plus my wife's and all is kept in sync. I have just renewed for a further 7 years, as it is more than worth it, not only do you have all your Logins but your contact details, credit card details, bank details, safenotes and a lot more all encrypted and with you all the time and remember you can try it for free, give it a try you will soon wonder how you managed without it.”

“I have been using RoboForm for years and I find by far the best Password Manager around. It is very simple to set up and is totally effective and I have complete confidence in the product. “I have had Roboform for years now. It has been the ideal password manager for my hundreds of passwords. Over the years, I have NEVER once had any hacking issues and feel totally confident that my information is secure. The primary benefit is that, with Roboform Everywhere, I can protect all of my devices and sync in real time--all for one annual fee! Support has been reliable and the annual fee is very reasonable. I recommend Roboform to anyone looking for a safe, secure and reliable password manager. The only improvement to suggest would be support for Kindle products.”

“RoboForm gets worse with each iteration. When you try to log in to a site but are not logged into RoboForm, it doesn't give you an option to log on to RF. It takes much navigation and lots of clicks to do that. Similarly, lots of clicks if you want to find a login for a specific site. Used to be much easier.”
