“Easy to use for all your passwords.”

“Roboform is one of the application that everyone should have. I've a lot of sites that I need to keep the password for them and Roboform help me to "remember" all those passwords. Also it help to keep all the information about the credit cards that I have.”

“It has become so easy now over the last 7or 8 years that I’ve Had Robo to be safe with passwords. I can be sure of not only changing them often but changing them to very secure passwords. I have the ability with Chrome to link Robo form to it and have it on my other devices automatically. A really big help today!”

“Roboform made me happy by having all of my passwords in one place. Far too many for me to have to remember on my own. Also, it generates passwords for me and allows me to save them instantly to RoboForm. Life made easier because of RoboForm.”

“Overall convenient and comprehensive tool. A real time-saver in everyday use. Because it's so easy to use, my accounts are much more secure because I don't reuse passwords in order to remember them. I would like to see the user interface between Explorer and Chrome identical - that would make it easier, but still great as is.”

“The program is very hard to use with all systems and almost impossible with the cell phone. Customer support is clearly non existent and without phone support the program just does not work. Sorry but I will uninstall soon.”

A lifetime subscription is currently not offered. However, For Business subscriptions are available in 1, 3, and 5 year options.

“Roboform hasn't worked on my computer for three days days. I contacted support by submitting a ticket, email and tried calling. Support did email the next morning, but their response was canned and didn't relate to my problem at all. I tried contacting them again but haven't received a response in well over 24 hours. Very frustrating. They advertise premium 24/7 support.”

“This program seems really poor with Chrome. It is actually a nuisance. Its dialog box pops up trying to save a password on pages that it has already saved. Lately it does not even offer to help on some pages. I have used it for years but I think its time I deleted it and got something better. They upgraded the look recently but its still got problems.”

Hi Ian - we're sorry to hear you're experiencing some issues with the RoboForm Chrome extension. Please verify that you're using the most recent version of RoboForm (8.4.7). Regarding the dialog box pop up, click the "No" button in the Save Forms dialog . This will stop the prompts. For the sites where autofill is not populating, please verify your autofill settings by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Autofill. "Offer to Autofill Windows dialogs in Browsers" should be checked as should "Offer to Autofill web (HTML) forms." If both are checked and the issue persists, please submit a list of the sites and any relevant screen shots via our online support system: https://online.roboform.com/login?authReturnUrl=rfss&lang=en

“I've used RoboForm for years and up until today I've only had good things to say. However for some reason, my password will not work and I cannot get anyone on the support line. I was on hold listening to hold music for 17 minutes waiting for help (I was told that I was #5 in line), when the phone started ringing which I took as a good sign. NOT, I was transferred to voice mail and told to leave a message. I cannot get into my account where all my passwords are stored, and thus cannot get into my credit card account or my banking account. I do not want to change passwords on everything just because RoboForm is having a problem, but for a company that keeps such valuable personal information, they should answer calls more swiftly or at minimum have a live chat I could use to get an immediate answer. BS!!! Unless they handle this quickly, I'll find another password service, there are lots of them out there!!!!!!!!”

“What I see in the past year or so is the greatly improved application and how it takes care of my pass words. In the past I might see 15 or 20 pass words for the same app with no information as to how they got saved. Most of them were redundant which is no longer a problem. I hope I am not jumping the gun because I have not used anywhere near all of my pass words. If RoboForm continues to work as it has been recently I'll give it that last star right on it's booty and I'll apply it with my lips!!!”
