We're more than happy to help! We were a bit confused whether you were referring to a password for a new third party site or if you were interested in creating a new RoboForm Online Account, so we've included tutorial links for both. For a quick refresher on how to generate a new login, please consult the following tutorial: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005861708-Creating-and-savin a-Login If you're in need of a refresher on how to download, install, and create an online account within version 8, please consult the following tutorial for Windows: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005962708-RoboForm-8-Windows-Installation-and-Setup For additional assistance, please do not hesitate to consult on our online Help Center: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/

I like it and have used it for years. I just downloaded the newest update and I'm disappointed that I no longer have a ROBOFORM Menu bar on my FIREFOX browser. I looked at Options, but don't seem to see how to get it back.

Hi Jodie - RoboForm has been updated to meet the WebExtension specifications imposed by Mozilla in Firefox 57. For more information, please visit: https://help.roboform.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000413812-Why-did-my-RoboForm-toolbar-disappear-in-Firefox-

There are three improvements needed. 1. Make the search go through the text in body of Safenotes, not just the title. 2. Make the option to Exclude Similar Characters in Generate actually work. There are too many repeats, especially in longer passwords. 3. Make the editing of Safenotes in the app for Apple iOS so that it shows the line I'm typing on instead of having to scroll to see it.

Hello Vicki, Thank you for your feedback. re: 1, searching inside of RoboForm items is already possible in the Windows desktop version. Click the RoboForm taskbar icon -> Tools -> Search Files. re: 2, Thank you for flagging this, we are seeing the same behavior and this has been sent this to developers for further investigation [Update/clarification: Upon further inquiry, it turns out the "Exclude similar characters" option is designed to exclude certain characters that are often hard to discern when viewed for typing elsewhere. Specifically we exclude the I, O, l, 0, and 1 characters. However, this option will not stop an allowed character from repeating. We will update our documentation to better communicate this] re: 3, on the latest version of the iOS app we were unable to reproduce this. If you can submit a ticket at https://www.roboform.com/support to give us more information we would be happy to try and assist.

I like to have my password right there, and not have to search for them. The new action of having to log in each time is not favorable, while it may only take a few minutes it allows tracking and logging of my activity which I do not like and it is an extra step. I do not like the fact you cannot still use the Window's 10 format.

Works good, gives me peace if mind. Can be cranky filling out forms on android.

Only four stars due to the fact that its Android version requires clicking twice to bring up the keyboard when searching for logins. This should be corrected.

I'm working with gazillion various portals with all different log-in rules. Without RoboForm I'd be total lost. It is absolutely life saver. I am continuously recommending it to people, especially to my immediate colleagues. However most of them do not speak English and Hungarian language option is available only after installation. It would be great to finalize the translation... The previous design of RoboForm start page was way more user friendly, or at least I liked it much better. However some of the functions are more useful in v8.

Having an app to securely store my authentication information is a great convenience since like many people I have dozens of accounts. The ability to generate a strong password with parameters to include/exclude types of characters is very helpful. I use the app across my laptop, desktops, tablet, and phones, so the synchronization function is a godsend. The fact that it works across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android is great since I use all of them---really! I would like to see a few improvements: *Generating a new password should automatically add it to the clipboard. Often a webpage where the user adds a new password does not allow automatic filling or if something goes wrong, having the password in a buffer is helpful. This is especially true with very long and complex passwords which are now essential. *The app gets confused at times when I use it to enter authentication data (username and password) and prompts me to update the app's data with the values just entered. It's an irritation to close that dialog window and then finally get to the business I want to do in that website. *Some sites are clearly making it harder for apps to populate authentication data automatically, often separating user ID from password on separate, sequential pages. The app does not handle that very gracefully. *While the responsiveness of the app has improved, it still labors behind my pace. I recognize that its doing some complex things in the background, but wonder why those operations require many seconds to complete.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. Regarding the delay with multi-step login sequences, we've passed your inquiry along to our support and development team. In addition, if you feel that this process is more delayed with specific sites, please submit a site list here so we may investigate: https://www.roboform.com/php/rtss/admin/?lang=en.

I have used RoboForm for many years and it is a reliable way to store passwords and information needed to fill forms. Each year, it expands the numbers of forms it will fill. I have it on 3 computers, all on Windows 10 and it seems to work differently on each computer. I don't know if it is a function of Windows working differently on each computer which it does) or RoboForm. RoboForm is reliable and I do recommend it.

I like being able to have longer more secure passwords without having to remember them. I preferred being able to attempt to login and being told I need to master login with the login box right there as opposed to the way it is now.

It was better before it was "improved" to make me login every time I wanted to use a password. I loved the program because i thought it gave me full access to my passwords on a daily basis with very few problems.

Hi Raymond - Thank you for reaching out. You can turn off the Master Password prompt by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > Don't Ask for Master Password.

Hi Raymond - thank you taking the time to provide feedback. When initially logging into RoboForm, you must enter your Master Password. Upon doing so, you should not be prompted to continuously reenter your password. If this is happening, please consult autologoff settings by clicking on the RoboForm icon > Options > Security > Auto-Logoff me after this many minutes.

RoboForm is a great way to store passwords and fill in web forms automatically. The main thing that keeps it from a perfect score is the somewhat flaky Microsoft Edge client.
