“Having trouble with Form Filler... What procedures do I go thru to correct this ? Seems when I update I begin to have problems... If I redownload will this correct the problem If so.will you help me so I get it right ?”

“I’ve been using it about eight years and it’s always been good for me. The team continues to make improvements. Having said that, I have not ever use another password management system other than keychain on iPhone.”

“Having used Roboform for about twenty hears, I have found it to be the best of several password managers. I have also found their customer service to be excellent, responding to questions and issues quickly with accurate information. I rated Roboform 4 out of 5 stars as I have suggested on previous surveys that they offer a 'favorites' list instead of a list containing most used passwords. Also, I am less than thrilled with their mobile program for iOS. Integration with the mobile program is cumbersome and not dependable. But a 'favorites' list would earn a 5 star rating from me.”

“I was a several year user of another password manager. After multiple breaches, I went searching for a new PM. After multiple tries of other pm's, I decided on Roboform. Never been happier. The auto-fill is a huge help. Big fan of the auto-login. Their app is super easy to use and navigate. Also, their secure browser works well. Having used Roboform for over 2 years, when asked which pm I use, I have absolutely no issues recommending Roboform.”

“I Love the convenience an d security of having all of my passowrds in Roboform. At 80 yrs old, I am concerned about succession and I have put the Roboform Master Password in my Will so that my heirs will be able to access everything that I have. Also, beleive it or not, at my age, I tend to forget some passowrds and logins and knowing that I have Roboform as a backup is really great.”

“This Password eWallet provides, not only Site passwords but also any Account information that a user is likely to need online (e.g., Bank account or Credit Card information, addresses, etc.). Support is extremely responsive: e.g., if I report a web page that does not use standard naming conventions for fields, I can submit the URL of the Site, and RoboForm Support will address the deficiency in very short order.”

“I have been using Roboform for 13+ years now. 2 years ago, I "upgraded" to the family plan so my children could benefit from stronger passwords and ease of logging into sites with those complex passwords generated. The app needs to be a little more user-friendly on mobile devices and apps used on them - many times I have to search "all logins" to have a field(s) filled in for me.”

“Works great on most sites. But there are some sites, that don’t trigger Roboform auto response. I have go to roboform at copy and paste the username and password.”
