“Had to reload RoboForm after a hard drive crash. Have received several "sugestions" from RoboForm techs. After trying those "sugestions", most of which I had already tried on my own, RoboForm seemed to be working but... Roboform now seems to fill forms on a somewhat random basis. Sometimes it does and many times it does not. For many years (Windows 8.1 thru Windows 10), RoboForm filled logins either automatically or I was given an option from a toolbar at the bottom of the window. My wife often gets a RoboForm icon next to the Username/password (Windows 10). I have a lot of data in Roboform but NordPass, 1Password, or Keeper are starting to look very good.”

“The autopopulate feature is klunky. I usually have to click on it more than once to get it to fill the login info. Also, it keeps filling with old passwords. Preferred LastPass over this password manager.”

“I don't remember making a purchase. It came to pass that I had 2 subscription to Robo Form. One I recall purchasing, one I don't. When notified that one was expiring I attempted to follow the online directions to cancel one one subscription. In the process the my master password was canceled or lost. I couldn't access my passwords. I was quit disgusted and angry. It took a 10 days to resolve the problem. I appreciated the help but feel th instruction were vague and misleading. All is working fine. I give the customer service help a 5 and the original distress a 1 for an average of 3.for ans”

“Been using the application for more than 10 years now. There are many other products out there, but I have remained a loyal user do to its reliability and have often recommended it to others. I will say that RoboForm is much easier to use on a Windows PC as opposed to iOS. Certainly the larger real estate on PC affords a better UI. It just seems there is much room for improvement. Features that I would like to see is a mechanism to supply icons to items in particular those without them. Secondly perhaps HTML or RTF style window for notes would be awesome. Also an expand all / collapse all menu item in the treeview control”

“I’ve been using it about eight years and it’s always been good for me. The team continues to make improvements. Having said that, I have not ever use another password management system other than keychain on iPhone.”
