“Took over 4 hours to do this. My agent went to lunch and left us waiting. Upon return was taken away from her work again. I would have not gone with this option knowing this is how we will be treated. After waiting so long wanting to get out of the uncomfortable dealership, I signed quickly to finish and leave. Upon review of the terms, I believe there to be a mistake and tax adjusted was overcollected. I'll now have to reach out to see if this can be fixed. This whole process has been very difficult to complete. Took forever and is not accurate loan terms.”
