“The product is fine, but this is the second time that I paid extra for quick delivery and it was 6 days late. While I understand that once you fulfill the order with USPS, there is nothing else you can do to affect delivery, I think that you probably should alert your customers that the postal service is not likely to fulfill the order in a timely manner. I am trying not to be angry at your company, but unfortunately, there is some guilt by association.”
