“Luke was my agent for my call to ROL. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. After a few calls to the company he managed to secure the cruise i required. He kept me informed throughout the process and called me back twice as he said he would. All in all I'm a happy customer. Thank you ROL”

“My telephone call was answered quickly. Jack was excellent. We were cut off but he rang back immediately. Also he sorted a more convenient alternative flight for me, and at no extra cost. As he knew this would take sometime he told me to ring off and he’d ring back when it was sorted. Again he did this and rang back as soon as he had arranged it. He then completed my booking which was done efficiently and courteously. We have used ROL on numerous occasions and always found them to be efficient, good value and very helpful.”

“Sally provided a top notch service for my recent booking for an APT river cruise from Cambodia to Vietnam. My preference is always to use ROL where I can because they provide not only good deals for worldwide cruises, they are efficient, very reliable and most of all extremely helpful. Each enquiry is dealt with the same diligence and today Sally's approach was no different. I always feel I get a personal service from ROL.”
