“Fast delivery, a problem with the hooverboard as soon as it was unpacked but one phone call and it was collected & replaced the next day. Couldn't fault the service. The hooverboard is what it says it is, the Bluetooth announces that it's on which cam be loud but we soon resolved it by putting a sticker over the speaker which is underneath.”

“Bought for my daughter for her birthday she absolutly loves it a few weeks ago refused to come on i phoned rolab customer service they advised me over the phone but couldnt fix it so it was collected the next day and returned within the week good as new excellent customer services”

“After hours of searching for a hover board I came across rolab I spoke to a helpful assistant who spent time answering all my questions. He made me feel confident about purchasing a board. It came the next day, my son was delighted, we've had no problems with the board. I'm pleased with my purchase and I've recommended Rolab to my friend's and family.”

“My son is very happy with this product! He loves his Segway it stays charged for hours and does exactly what it says. Was quick delivery and had no problems at all. Overall a great buy and would definitely purchase again from this seller. Thankyou”

“Great customer service even after sale. Product could be improved by making the colour of the plastic throughout the shell rather than just the surface as when you jump off the board it can roll causing scratches to the colour of the shell leaving a white mark but aside that the board has been fab with long run time and fast charging”

“Our granddaughters loved the hover boards. They arrived on time with an email to say when. They gave us a short window for delivery which meant we didn't need to wait all day. The boards are really smart and the blue tooth speakers are a high quality. Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended.”

“When my son first said he would like to buy a Hover board with his Birthday money, I didn't really know where to start. I agree with some of the other reviews, "It's an absolute minefield out there ! " I researched the internet for hours and luckily for me, I stumbled upon Rolab. A very professional website with all the information you require and all your questions answered. As with everyone else it arrived the next day, early enough for me to get it on charge ready to use when my son got home from school. I can't begin to tell you how happy my son is !! I quote " Dad ! It's the best present I've ever had. Its sick ! " ( That means good ). This product is so good, I have just ordered a second one for my eldest son. Apparently Hover board football is the next big thing. Would highly recommend ! A great product and great value for money. More importantly, its Certification gives you peace of mind.”
