Great product, exactly as described, robust and well manufactured. The customer service experience was exceptional and they delivered exactly when they suggested, which is a vary rare trait for on-line orders in this day & age. Excellent hoverboard. Very sturdy, strong and excellent value for money. May be a little dearer than cheaper brands but well worth it. We did have issues when we first bought it but their customer service was second to none. Highly recommend.

Good quality and great price, purchased a hoverboard from the uk so I had the customer service if anything went wrong but it’s a great board and works great, my daughter loves it

I bought a hover board/segway from a different company last year for my grandaughter for xmas which didnt work and she was heart broken. I wrote to Rolab on boxing day and heard from them straight away. I ordered a new hover board with them which was fab and she is still loving it now 1 year later. They saved my granddaughters christmas. Fab service

I got my son a Dolan hoverboard for Christmas two years ago. Just under a year later it developed a battery problem.. not charging properly and cutting out suddenly and throwing the rider off. My heart sank but I needn't have worried. I contacted Dolan, they arranged for me to send it back, replaced the battery pack and sent it back to us good as new. Has been fine since. So grateful for their excellent customer service!
