“Bought a hoverboard for our kids, they love it! Received it quick, the remote for the board wasnt working but was quickly resolved by customer services who sent out a replacements with no issues. Great service.”

“Have had the hoverboard for a while now, still holds a charge really well and despite heavy use, still performs like new. I had one query about charging when I first bought it and my question was answered quickly with no issues. Have since bought the go cart add on, daughter loves it. Would highly recommend the product and the service.”

“Just inadequate all round. Defective hoverboard after minimal use....Zero customer service to arrange a repair even when out of warranty and willing to pay for a new wheel motor. It’s like banging my head against a brick wall to get anywhere. Don’t even answer phone calls or reply to emails.”

“Product was just what we wanted. and delivery was fast. We had a problem and needed to swap the board, communications were difficult and responses were slow/delayed and inconsistent It took almost a month to get it replaced but eventually we did get it sorted and no further problems I would order from these again but they need to work on the customer service and aftercare”

“We have had 2 hoverboards both have been great. We ordered a cart for a Christmas or Birthday present (can’t remember which) and there was a problem with it, and a replacement was sent out the very next day to ensure the gift was on time. Excellent customer service.”

“Great customer service, fast delivery but most of all a great quality Hoverboard at a fair price. I bought the go- cart also which fits perfectly onto the Hoverboard. 2 years later and all still working great and kept in good condition. Best by test! Highly recommended”
