Sorry to hear that your granola took a long time to arrive. We did have a few delays with raw materials, which had a knock-on effect with stock and delivery times. We hope this hasn't tainted your opinion of us too much as we typically have a much smoother and more efficient shipping process. “I came across Rollagranola via a video on social media. I don't know what made me look further, but I'm glad I did. Before ordering, I had a question which was answered really quickly. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was when they said it would be. This is such a superior granola to anything I've bought from a supermarket so worth the little extra price tag.”

“Amazing product , so full of flavour and delicious. Gluten free , protein and vegan and lots of fab flavours! Well done for brining this to the market . Run don’t walk , get this in your basket you will not be disappointed!”

“We really enjoyed the granola so full of taste and plenty of quality nuts. Breakfast has become a treat Tried the raspberry. Almond and pecan.all very good..best before dates could have been all the same . But we ate them quite quickly”

“The strawberry Gronola had an unattractive aftertaste like it was off. The nutty granola was Ok but the odd rotten nut put us off. Sorry but that’s the truth.”

Thank you for your honest feedback. We don't currently make a strawberry granola but perhaps you are referring to our Cool Raspberry granola? This does have a softer texture as we use pureed fresh raspberry and apple to help bind the nuts and seeds together. This is an oat free line, so we understand that this is not like a traditional granola and not to everyones taste. “Unfortunately, I still have not received my order. I have left a voice mail and now cannot get through on the phone. I have emailed twice and have still not had a reply. After a delay because of a shortage of ingredients my order should have been posted on 20th August. Still nothing.”

Hi there, so sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time for your order. We did have some issues with stock, which caused a delay with shipping orders. Apologies for the delayed response from our team - we don't work weekends and will sometimes take longer to get back to customers during busy periods. “I’m normally a complete sceptic but I decided I’d try this product. By far the best and most healthiest granola I have tasted! Pecan is definitely my favourite. Would highly recommend to all x”

“Seems that wasn’t fresh. Quite a few bits stuck together, difficult to separate. Can’t use it on it’s own as too reach, and also quite expensive. I add some in my cereals. Not sure will be ordering again.”

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our granola Corina. Some of our granolas too have a different texture, like our paleo lines. These oat free granolas have a chewier/ softer texture as the pureed fruit helps bind the nuts and seeds together to create chunky clusters. We hope this hasn't put you off ordering from us again.

“It was nice but the recommended amount is extremely small due to its weight. I ended up having double, which vastly increased the calorific value, so I’ll probably stick to my overnight oats.”

“I have had different granolas over the years and made my own but nothing compares to Rollagranola! Knowing it's healthy and not full of artificial flavours and low sugar it tastes amazing you have a customer for life”
