Returned item received by Roman on 18th May, after many, many phone calls & emails still no acknowledgement or refund ! what is going on with this company - I know I am one of many in the same position !!!

I have been really happy with my purchases from Roman the quality and price are great, in the past my refund has come back within a week but i returned a parcel on may 20th have emailed a couple of time and nothing, I cant afford to reorder until i get my money back, its worrying lots of rumours about them going out of business.

UPDATE return was received by Roman Originals on 11 May. Tracked by Royal Mail. 2 emails sent. No reply. I received an email on 7 June to say refund being processed. Refund received 9 June. Postage NOT deducted which I suppose is a plus. However no appology. Not sure if I would buy again. Very poor refund procedure and outwith 14 day legal time frame. Also a lower amount than others £22.40

I bought from them for years with no problems but recently returned some items on 19th may and still no sign of a refund. have emailed, messaged on instagram. they have turned off every mode of getting in touch with them. it is disgraceful; i will not be buying from them again. I have no idea where we can go to complain

Sent two dresses back for a refund and ordered one of the dresses in a smaller size. Despite Roman receiving these items on 18th May and several followup emails to chasee my refund/order I still have not heard anything nearly 3 weeks late.

Appalling refund policy...unable to return online purchases in their shops so have to return by mail. As with previous reviews, unless chased no acknowledgement of return or refund forthcoming. The only way I have managed to make contact is via Facebook messenger. This was purely by chance, when I left a poor Facebook review. This, however, did provoke a positive response and refund.

Returned 2 dresses on the 13th May and still awaiting a refund despite sending 3 emails with no response. Also tried to call but telephone lines apparently there is a network error at the minute. Won’t be purchasing again from them

Returned two separate items to Roman via Post Office which proves they have received them four weeks ago., I have tried phoning but a recorded message states they are having trouble with their phone provider??? Tried e.mails and again an automated reply. This is disgusting customer service I will never buy from them again.

Never ordered from this company before and certainly won't again! Have been waiting nearly a month for a refund and have had no response from customer services after contacting them 3 times. Have got paypal involved now.Disgraceful company.

Customer service phone line not available and no replies to emails. I returned items over 3 weeks ago and have had no acknowledgement let alone my refund. Very disappointing. I have proof of return and confirmation that it was received by the company.

Do not buy from this company. Unbeliveable refund policy. Returned items speedily on 9th May still waiting for refund now 7th June. Cannot connect via phone some B*****t about 'systems down' (for weeks btw). They are keeping hold of your money until your chase and chase them, effectively getting interest on YOUR money. I am writing to CEO. I will NEVER buy from this company again - BE WARNED.

Buyer beware! No emails answered! No contact! No refund, returned items tracked and delivered back to them on 21/5 Still no refund! Disgusting way to do business. They still manage to email me 5 promotions on their products per day though. A totally rubbish set up.

As with other customers, returned a dress (£39 ) the day after delivery because it was too tight. Haven’t heard a dicky bird weeks later. I only hope I get a response to my e mail. . Not good enough.

I have still not received my refund for a dress returned several weeks ago. If you return an order the trader should legally process refunds within 14 days of receiving it. From the negative reviews this is clearly not happening. They state that an outage has caused the problem. However, this does not appear to affect new orders and the taking of payments. How much money is the company retaining in unpaid refunds. 14 days is the legal requirement not months. In addition it is impossible to ring customer services. It is totally unacceptable.

Like many others I returned items for 1 refund and 2 exchanges at beginning of May. I emailed customer service as was concerned one package had been lost in transit. I was about to claim from the post office when Roman replied to say it had arrived in their warehouse and was awaiting processing. This was a month ago! I emailed again last week and have only had the automated response. If they are having serious problems with their returns service it should be acknowledged and should be their priority. I certainly won't buy from them again and I am wondering if they are in trouble and we've all lost our money.

Unable to speak to anyone at customer services!!!! Its been 5 weeks since not heard from anyone to say that they have received the goods returned. No responses from my online form being sent at least 6 times now. £80 owed but the company has a useless customer service. Do not order from the company directly DO NOT as any returns will not be acknowledged and no refund given. How can they get away with this???????

I have contacted you because you sent me the wrong size of a pair of trousers over a week ago. You are not answering any emails or Facebook messages. It is very frustrating! Very very poor customer service, but I am still getting emails from you advertising your clothes…
