Part of order missing. Sent three messages no reply. Tried ringing on numerous occasions but either line goes dead or in a long queue. Need to return other items but want to check the jacket I am waiting for is ok before returning so I don’t have to pay £3 x 2 for returns.

I bought a dress in November for Christmas, wore it once, washed as per instruction & it's faded and streaky, completely unwearable, contacted Customer Service, sent photos & have been ignored since, unable to raise a returns slip with the ref no, have emailed again requesting a response on ticket #556490, I expected better from Roman .

Then the first person I spoke to said they “would be watching my future orders”, as if i’m a liar and trying to get free returns! I’ve never been so offended.

Returned what turned out to be a cheap looking dress only to find that I've been charged a £3 returns fee!!

This company refused to refund a returned item, their engagement with me was dismissive and I think calculated. I ended up paying for a dress I don't own because I had no choice. I will never purchase from Roman again and I urge others to be cautious and track returns carefully.

Roman packaging is all plastic which is unacceptable. Two plastic bags where one would suffice and this has been the case for my occasional purchases over the years. Clearly no attempt to stop using plastic in order to be environmentally friendly, probably because it's quick, cheaper and possibly because the owner is focused on profit? Clothing mostly synthetic fibres too. Not good. Postage takes up to a week and returns cost £3! Be very careful

Just ordered from Roman petite as it says on their website that returns can be taken to the local shop for immediate refund to find that this is only by gift card NOT WHAT ITS SAYS ON WEBSITE will not order from Roman again 21 working days for a refund is unacceptable

They delivered a damaged item. I only noticed the hole on the inside when I went to wear it. I had removed the tags. I contacted them on the phone and a gift card was agreed. Also an unpleasant girl emailed that I couldn’t get the item refunded. So basically they aren’t reasonable and customer service is zero. Avoid buying! They won’t accept returns on damages as they should! They now tell me that there’s no record of the phone call!

The money goes out straight away when purchasing so why so long for returns ,no other company takes so long why are they hanging on to your money for so long .

I sent 3 dress back in aug only refund me the 2 cheapest still waiting for paypal,last week sent another 3 no refund.I think the bbc sould take this up as it looks like there stealing refund for dress,like so many can not get though on phone or emails.Great buying from romans but give a 0 for stealing returns
