“ I have been on phone for over half an hour was at position 7 from 17 ,then got cut off ,not good enough when I rang back I was then position 11 ,it's ridiculous, I received a black coat I purchased for a funeral, but it's come with most of the fasteners missing, obviously not checked before dispatch, I actually scratched the back of my hand whilst trying on ,!!i buy soo much from you and I'm really disappointed as I emailed and it said 14 days to process!!I it's not like I can go back to my local shop and exchange it as they only have size 18 ,/16 ,and upwards I'm really disappointed I've sent a photo but not heard back ,after care service is not very good at all ,very disappointed regular customer ”
