“i ordered on april 16th but it’s now may 15th and i still don’t have the package. I ordered $102 worth. I’ve never had this problem before.”

“The fact that I am ordering $125 worth of clothes from romwe and hearing the reviews makes me believe that this will all be not worth it!!! Like most of you, I ordered my package on April 23 and it's already been in processing for a month, only recently has it began to ship. Am I excited? NOT AT ALL! I am expected bad quality materials. Usually I order from shein, but shein and romwe both take a long time to ship. I would not recommend. Lol you don't you money back, just in case. (well I heard it from someone.)”

“Don't order from Romwe. I placed an order on April 10th and its May 7th and still no package. To top it off they could not fill my entire order. Waste of time. I will never order from them again.”

“i ordered april 20th hoping it would be delivered by my beach trip on the 15th of may and it said it would be here and all the sudden it changed to arriving may 22 and like i get it bc corona but seriously? amazon has 2 day shipping and y’all really wanna take a month. absolutely bonkers luv”

“I ordered something on April 19th and today is May 6 and my order still hasn’t appeared. The app was perfectly fine until I woke up this morning to check my order and I was logged out of my account... when I signed back in, it tells me that I have no orders on the way & they didn’t didn’t put my money back on my credit card, I don’t know how to contact customer service because I want my stuff, or at least give me my money back.”

“I purchased a pair of sweatpants as a gift that arrived with an obvious hole in the front leg. Ridiculously, while I paid for shipping to receive the item, Romwe is going to charge me to return the defective product (deducting it from my merchandise refund amount). I do not recommend using this site based on the quality of the products and the return process for defective items.”

“They printed a shipping label two weeks ago in Illinois for me to find out they have my stuff coming from China.. Told it would be here by today and I don’t know where my stuff is. They don’t have a way to reach them or to track your order without the fraudulent shipping label they send you information for. Buyers beware!!! Save yourself the time and headache. Order from China a few days after this and already received that order. I will be filling a claim with PayPal”

“Placed an order for my granddaughter on the 15th of April and was notified that a shipping label from USPS had been prepared on the 17th. I understand about the virus etc but I am disappointed on many levels with their service. Not sure if I would order again from them.”

“I ordered April 18th it is May 1st At first I could see where it was going through transit in China now they have it to where it’s supposed to be here in the US they gave me a FEDEX tracking number and it’s not pulling up anything only a Covid-19 message I tried to contact them no response I ordered this early for my birthday in June good thing I ordered through Amazon pay so I can get a refund faster oh by the way don’t order through them and also contact Better Business Bureau and create a report also when you order something make sure it’s coming from the US not overseas”
