Ridiculously, while I paid for shipping to receive the item, Romwe is going to charge me to return the defective product (deducting it from my merchandise refund amount). I do not recommend using this site based on the quality of the products and the return process for defective items.

I ordered April 18th it is May 1st At first I could see where it was going through transit in China now they have it to where it’s supposed to be here in the US they gave me a FEDEX tracking number and it’s not pulling up anything only a Covid-19 message I tried to contact them no response I ordered this early for my birthday in June good thing I ordered through Amazon pay so I can get a refund faster oh by the way don’t order through them and also contact Better Business Bureau and create a report also when you order something make sure it’s coming from the US not overseas

I ordered a hoodie, it was cute, it was on my wishlist for a very long time. so I ordered it. It was brought to me a year later three sizes to small. so I sent it back so I could get a better larger size. they still haven't sent it back. I sent them emails but they never responded. Yes, their clothes are very cute, I would just expect to get them if I bought them. (they didn't give me a refund)

Due to coronavirus, they have extended the amount of time it may take your parcel to ship out by 4-6 days, I placed an order 11 days ago, after 8 days, I contacted them, as my order hadn't even been sent to be PACKED yet....They informed me it would be 24-48 hrs before my order was shipped out, 48 hours later, I was told the same thing, and also that some of the items I ordered weren't actually in stock and they had to get them made first, 48 hrs later I am now being told it could be up to 4 days till it is ready to be packed, when I asked if after the next 4 days it is still not ready could I just get a refund, I was met with no response but "ma'am please give us a week" SOOOO annoying and worthless customer care, will NEVER recommend or order again

I inquired about the refund a few months later as they said it would take a long time to process and it STILL was not in my account MONTHS later and the customer service representative asked me why I even wanted a refund since it was so long ago.
