“Romwe is a big fat joke. I ordered a package 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. On the Romwe we sit it says my package has been “shipped out and is on the way!” But the USPS said it hasn’t even arrived in CALIFORNIA YET. Don’t let the cute clothes and cheap prices fool you, and sure as hell don’t waste money when it’s going to disappear.”

“I Have ordered many things from this site for maybe two years. Recently, the quality has been getting worse and the clothes sent were not the ones advertised. So with the last order I received, I sent back several items (about 5). I inquired about the refund a few months later as they said it would take a long time to process and it STILL was not in my account MONTHS later and the customer service representative asked me why I even wanted a refund since it was so long ago........so DO NOT BUY FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AS HELL”

“i would give zero stars if i could. I ordered a decent amount of things from there about a month ago and I've been checking the tracker daily to see when it will arrive. Today when i checked it was just gone. Not anywhere in my history, order history, shipped orders, NOTHING. i even saved the order number and tracking order and nothing came up for either of them. please DO NOT ORDER from here if you don't want your money to disappear.”

“Okay so this was my first time ordering anything from Romwe and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy there stuff I bought me a very cute two piece set from them and it said it would be delivered in 10 business days okay cool so 10 days go by I personally message them and they tell me to wait patiently which I have it’s been exactly 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my stuff it was only 12$ Which isn’t much but I was very excited to get this outfit and it never came so now when I message them they never respond to me I tried being nice but they kinda just sucked the nice right out of me not trust worthy at all don’t buy from them a bunch of idiots”

“It took an entire month for the package to arrive, and even though the price is cheap, I wouldn’t want to wear broken clothing on the streets. The collar of the shirt was cut open, revealing a really rough cut on the inside, and the quality and feel of the products are really bad. You also can’t call them to file a complaint, only email, and they responded with poor costumer service. Also, the labor factories for Romwe are in China, and the workers don’t get paid, therefore the clothing quality is bad. Don’t waste your time, effort, and money on this scam!!!”

“While the quality may not be the best, romwe is extremely affordable and has very cute clothes. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and every time my order arrived within 10 days. Sure, things have broken from time to time, but I got what I paid for and I’m happy with it!”

“Still haven’t received my package :/ i purposely ordered over 35$ just so I could get my package in 7-9 days it’s like day 10 I checked hasn’t left the facility in 4 days so I’m a lil irate over that like the clothes are cute and cheap for some things”

“Parcel took weeks -still didnt arrive. They had put the wrong address on my parcel and instead of issuing an immediate refund they keep asking me to wait for delivery. so you want me to wait for it to be delivered to an address that is not mine ? does this make sense? Again if you need proof you messed up call USPS and they will gladly send you proof- dont ask the customer to do your job. seriously. not worth it”

“Yes, you can save money, but that comes at the expense of stolen designs, and horrendous environment and labor practices. DO NOT USE ROMWE. I got my clothes (and did I say LATE) and the quality was absolutely awful. I mean you really get what you pay for. It's basically a scam. Nothing fits right and shipping is never on time and follows no pattern. Total waste of time and money. If you want an online thrift store, use Goodfair, and if you want sustainable clothes, use CHNGE. literally ANYTHING is better then Romwe.”
