I bought hand rail stairs from RONA Laval and classic colonial from RONA+ Laval on wednesday 9 october in the afternoon, but the sizes didn't fit so i went back on thursday morning at 9 AM to send them back at RONA Carrefour,I dont know why i had to spend 45 mn waiting the employee to check the product to be able to return it (a product that i bought yesterday), and then she asked me to return the Classic colonial to RONA + Laval because it is discontinued on her site and i can return it, so I went to RONA+ they refused to return the product in the beginning because I told them the story, but they persist to refuse the refund, I told them that the receipt doesn't mentioned final sale and by the law they have to return the product, 15 mn of stress and discussion with many employees, then finaly they make the refund.
