“Did not! Went to Rona a few days ago. More employees than customers in the store. Searched for the products I needed couldn’t find. No one asked if I needed help, went to Home Hardware, was asked immediately, showed me, went home with the product I was looking for.”

“Don't buy from Rona stons made by delivering. They cheat with prices and get less packed inside the box.They knew nobody would be able to count how many they are delivering to you. I have this situation with them by myself.”

“Ordered a bathromm vanity from Rona's webstore. After one month of waiting for delivery, decided to cancel the order. Went on-line to use Rona's chat function and waited 22 minutes for a representative. Cancelled order without any problems. Refund came through two days after the cancellation request.”
