“Extremely poor experience multiple times. Went in to the Mitcham store where the website said an item was in stock. It wasn’t. Emailed same day to ask about the item. Ignored. Ordered the item from the website. Day it is a due is today, no tracking or item. Emailed to ask about it. Ignored as well. Shame on me for giving them 4 chances to provide any level of service I guess.”

“Roof Racks Galore had a user-friendly website, which ensured I selected the correct product. They then had it delivered the correct very quickly ( 4 days over New Years) at a really good price. Perfect.”

“I ordered roof racks near beginning December. I was asked whether I’d be happy to accept them mid December. I said that was fine. Come end of December and I still didn’t have my racks, and I’m starting to get nervous with a camping trip coming up beginning Jan. Though the staff have been friendly and accommodating to help me out I’ve had to drive the process with daily phone calls to make sure things are progressing.”

“There were a few delays with orders and both times ive ordered the item I purchased was not in stock despite online indicating availability and allowing me to purchase and pay. However, there was good communications in between and I received my order. Overall satisfied and would shop here again. I would rather shop somewhere that resolved minor issues with good comms compared and makes it more trustworthy. Thank you.”

“Took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive instead of 3 days because they forgot.to pick my order. After emailing and using the online messaging they told me there was a "glitch in the system that had to be manually fixed"”

“I ordered the roof racks on 29th November and went on holidays expecting they would be delivered to my business while i was away. They were eventually delivered on Friday 22nd December. The website gave an estimated delivery time of four days.”

“Excellent level of customer service provided by the Mitchum store with personal drop off by Jack to the home address. Big shout to the RRG team to get the item Despatch from QLD then to the store and finally to the home, considering the final week prior to Xmas. Thank you sincerely.”

“A bit late reviewing , but thanks for your help with the rhino racks guys, really happy with the product and your service was friendly, knowledgeable and generous. Throwing in those rhino tie downs with the racks was very much appreciated, and they are also an awesome item. Will always use you guys in future for all things related.”

“Ordered roof racks on the 30th of November with the estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. Tracking of the order keeps getting pushed back and is now saying 27th of December! I would not recommend purchasing online as their delivery estimates are obviously incorrect and cannot be trusted. Order has now been cancelled and hopefully it doesn't take another month to find its way back to the supplier so we can get our money back.”
