“The transaction with you was fine but your choice of courier soured the whole experience. Their website says it’s on track for delivery for Monday (yesterday) but the tracking details show it still in Queensland and it’s impossible to talk to a person there.”

“It took 2 months and I still haven’t gotten the parts ordered- I have a spare parts managers background and feel that the smaller parts like the ratchet and spring worth only a few $$ but have to spend $90. To get them also I feel that the manufacturer should have stock in Australia”

“They were very helpful over the phone at the castle hill store - advising an online order as they doidnt have it in stock. The racks arrived quickly for QLD and gave me tracking advice along the way. Directions to assemble were reasonable easy just had to take time to work it out. they were the best price as well.”
