“I have only just ordered a roof rack as I write this review, after looking online for ages to find a business that sells racks to suit trucks I was rapt to find the Roof Racks Galore site. Since ordering my roof rack I was informed that it had to come from the manufacturer and would take up to 12 days, then 3 days later I was informed that as it was a long or large roof rack the postage is $80 but they would absorb $40 so I would need to pay $40. They offer free postage, don't believe them. Still waiting on the roof rack to be delivered. Hope this review helps.”

Thanks for your feedback Robin, I can see that your order was ordered on a Monday after hours, transferred between store locations and dispatched on Tuesday and was on for delivery on Wednesday morning. I'm not specifically sure what combination of missed deliveries, lead to the delay between Wednesday morning and Friday morning (when delivered). I'm sorry for the delay by our courier and any inconvenience it caused. I am proud of the speed at which your item was transferred and dispatched from our warehouses. We do not have a lot of control over our freight's rate of travel once it is with our couriers and delivery estimates are populated by them. Again thanks for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience caused by this wait.
