Sorry I haven't replied to your request for feedback yet, but I haven't received my product yet and your delivery company keeps telling me (for a week) that it's coming each day...... but still not here.... disappointed. Dealing with your company was great, however the delivery issue reflects badly on your company unfortunately.

Hello Shayne, Thanks for your feedback. I'm also surprised this has not yet arrived. Your order was sent the next business day (Monday) with our fastest courier (Startrack). I'm sorry for the delay in getting this to you. I will continue to monitor this freight and hope it arrives today. Hello Sam; Sorry for the delay with your order. At around the time of your order we turned on a second distribution location. In the long term this will create considerable convenience for our customers. In the first week there were a couple of customers for whom delays were inadvertently caused. I can confirm delivery was attempted for your package already and it is being held at the Canberra depot for collection. Thanks again for your message and for your understanding.

Ordered a product to be sent express delivery by startrack - said 1 day delivery - has taken 2 days so far and haven't even been sent a tracking number. I leave on holiday tomorrow, which is the reason I bought the product, but I won't be able to use it.

Hi Sarah, Thanks for your review. I have just been advised that one of my team members has already been on the phone with you. As you may have been informed your items, needed to be transferred from one of our stores to the warehouse, before dispatch and will be dispatched today. Online… ordering roof racks from website was very quick and straight forward…easy 5 stars Customer service upon collection was extremely poor. Both service guys appeared to be completely disinterested, tired, depressed. Did a work colleague of theirs die recently? That was their interest and energy level.

Product somehow missed the truck the first time for delivery and am still waiting well after the delivery date mentioned.

Hello John, Thanks for your review. The 2-day delay between your order and its dispatch was due to one of the items being transferred from a store to our warehouse. It seems there was an extended shipping time following this between public holidays and the mentioned missed pickup (for which customer feedback has been instrumental to correcting). Thanks for your patience and understanding while we got your items out to you.

Was disappointed when I received the clamp as I was thinking they would be a pair, like the pictures suggested, not sure if one would be any use anyone, but My mistake. Then I have noticed there is a plastic cap missing

placed the order and no acceptance reply for 5 days, not even received the rack yet and you want to know feed back. your trucking company has done nothing in 4 days except inform me that the delivery will be an additional 2 more days from the 24 th April. Stop useing holiday breaks as an excuse, everything is still open, the whole of Australia does not shut down.........

I'm happy with the bars and the delivery was swift. But I asked about, and thought I had ordered four lockable end caps for the end of the bars and instead received one barrel. Really unhappy about that.

Bought item that showed as in stock. After paying for it I received an email telling me it would take 7-10 business days to order it in and the ship it. Been waiting 2 weeks so far and item still hasn’t arrived.

Hello Andrew, Sorry to hear that our ordering process did not meet your expectations. In general, the meaning of our statements for 7-10 days ETA is based on effective shipping from our suppliers. We received your item in 10 days and dispatched it the following day. I have just run a track and trace on your consignment, it is listed as delivered (3 business days from dispatch). I do apologise again, that your item did not arrive in a timeframe that was satisfactory, I am happy that you received your item and apologise for any inconvenience this delay may have caused you.
