“To clarify I never believe in perfect service, that is the only reason I had not given a rating of 5 stars. However I will say the service I have received has always been great. I’ve used Roof Racks Galore many times for lots of different items from roof trays to brackets and clamps, bolts, tie downs and rack mounts, jerry can holders or roof boxes and bike racks. I’ve always found the website easy to navigate when looking for what I needed, even if they have a huge selection of options to choose from. The prices were always competitive and the delivery was fast and reliable. If an item was on back order or not available at the time, RRG always made effort to contact me and find a solution. The staff has always been accommodating and friendly.”

“Order took nearly a month to be delivered when was marked in stock at checkout, an initial email about a delay, then only updated when prompted, only to be told they had no idea when it would ship. Day before it shipped was told there was no update and they didn't know when it would ship.”

Thanks for your feedback Graeme. I'm glad that your item has arrived, even after an inconvenient delay. Looking into this I'm a bit surprised to see this delay from one of our major suppliers. “Required a N096 key for my Toyota Hilux / THULE roof racks. Which did not come with the second hand car purchase. I placed an order with RRG for the N096 key and had it at my door in Perth within 3 days. Which is an absolute miracle for anyone living in Perth. Thanks RRG!”
