“placed the order and no acceptance reply for 5 days, not even received the rack yet and you want to know feed back. your trucking company has done nothing in 4 days except inform me that the delivery will be an additional 2 more days from the 24 th April. Stop useing holiday breaks as an excuse, everything is still open, the whole of Australia does not shut down.........”

“Product selection easy and prompt shipment. Tracking was not much help, basically said it had left Queensland with a graphic that had a line to Victoria. No updates and missed suggested delivery date. Update on day of delivery.”

Good afternoon Mark, Thanks for your feedback. The courier's tracking map is often confusing as it often displays the whole journey from the start. We generally recommend for more details to use the scan history on the same tracking Apps different for different carriers. I hope that our conversation has at least confirmed that we are committed to good service even when our couriers let us down.
