Hello Wayne, I'm certain this is little consolation but the explanation for your delay is that when the item was changed from a Click and Collect to a delivery it was mislabeled as a warehouse pickup when it was transferred back. Yesterday I adjusted this and we have express shipped it to you. I do apologise for the delay and the follow-up that has been required of you.

“Was disappointed when I received the clamp as I was thinking they would be a pair, like the pictures suggested, not sure if one would be any use anyone, but My mistake. Then I have noticed there is a plastic cap missing”

“Great selection, helpful service at time of sale. On trying to return one component of several I'd ordered the tone of service changed. Returns were fussy, full of caveats and potential restocking fees.”
