Thanks for your review Shane. Earlier this week we had a programming glitch in the webstore affecting click and collects. We thought it was affecting 2 locations only, obviously this was not the case. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have corrected the programming error and I have dispatched your items to Northlakes in the local van run today. You should receive a call from the guys at Northlakes when the items arrive. Sorry for any inconvenience this delay has caused you. Thanks again for bringing this broader issue to our attention.

“Purchased fitting kit during sale. Kit delayed however l was contacted within 24hrs of purchase to confirm l was happy and prepared to wait the additional time for delivery. Good communication and service.”

“Still waiting for my racks. Great advice and service over the phone, but wish I had picked up from my closest store so I could have them for the weekend but based my purchase on the website saying "overnight delivery". Looks like it will be more like 5~6 days and all within the local Brisbane area. Might be best to change the "overnight" statement so buyers are disppointed with the wait. Otherwise a 10/10 experiance”

“The online service is good. Dispatch was fast. Third party Delivery is poor. It took > 48 hours for the item to reach GC depot from Brisbane. Should have opted for click and collect.”
