“Dealt with Pooraka SA store and Jarrad specifically. Jarrad and the other store member (tall blonde bloke) could not do enough for me. Originally ordered Kaon table for my Prado. They sourced it, phoned when in stock and fitted it without a quibble. Service so good I went back for Zwifer anchors, shovel holder, Maxtrax boards and Rhino Rack brackets for Pioneer Tray. Went back again for Rhino Rack long handled shovel. Jarrad’s willingness to advise, price match, fit all with a smile and good humour is priceless. Both of them have great rapport with their customers. I overheard some phone conversations and they were exceptionally helpful. So in summary great product, exceptional service and recommend you see these guys.”

“Placed an order and paid for 2 day delivery. 5 days later it hasn’t arrived. Called the help desk who said try will call back by end of day and didn’t do so. So I have paid for an item which hasn’t yet been delivered and have received a commitment for follow-up which hasn’t materialized. Not great”

“Urgently needed some roof racks parts for an upcoming trip. Shouldn't have ever been stressed - RRG sent them off ASAP so express shipping could get them out to me regional WA before the week was even halfway through!”

“I bought a bike rack in store after discussing my needs with a staff member who made a recommendation that would suit me. He was spot on and I am extremely happy with the rack that I bought. I also purchased a set of kayak cradles online. The website was easy to use and the parts that I wanted were easy to find. The order was done in no time and the cradles should arrive in the next day or two. Very happy with the quality of the products and the service that I received.”

“Awesome service. I used the on-line assistant to double check the availability of an item which the main brands staff advised was not in stock. The assistance located 2 units in another state. On top of that, i was after a kit, whihc included another 3 items. Working with the assistant, we located the other three items in stock as well. Probelm solved. No need to split an order. Roof Racks Galore got my entire order because the assistant was so helpful. Definately recommend talking to people raather than making assumptions based on what web sites say, especially when it comes to stock holding and locating kit. Very happy customer.”
