“Service side was great - felt a little mislead with teh purchase of the Mister Hitches lockable hitch pin. Says will do up to 100mm however it is not until you have it and can read fine print on the backit states to fit 100mm you will not be able to fit the retaining pin/clip and will only have the lock - not sure howI am going to proceed just yet”

“Website said that RRG had the item I wanted in stock with a delivery time of 1-2 days. I therefore placed the order, waited 6 days, heard nothing, so I phoned customer service. Person said they didn’t’ have the item in stock (was ‘on order’) and apologised for failing to let me know. I’m now awaiting a refund.”

“Unable to rate the product as the courier service you use is very unreliable. I waited at home all day yesterday after getting notification at 0558 that the pathways coming . Only to get another notification at 1745 that it was taken back to the facility to try again. I would advise using different delivery method”
