“I'm happy with the bars and the delivery was swift. But I asked about, and thought I had ordered four lockable end caps for the end of the bars and instead received one barrel. Really unhappy about that.”

“Bought item that showed as in stock. After paying for it I received an email telling me it would take 7-10 business days to order it in and the ship it. Been waiting 2 weeks so far and item still hasn’t arrived.”

We received your item in 10 days and dispatched it the following day. I have just run a track and trace on your consignment, it is listed as delivered (3 business days from dispatch). “Great communication when my order was out of stock, I was made aware of the possibility at point of order, notified directly of no stock and timeframe of new stocks expected availability , followed by prompt delivery. I cannot fault a very professional organisation.....keep doing what you're doing.... it works”

“I emailed RRG on Monday morning needing my order quite urgently and they responded with the utmost respect for their clients. My order was pushed through and posted immediately and I have been tracking it all the way. My order came 2 days earlier than needed. Amazing customer service thank you to all and Christopher.
