“Service was fine but the product was very poor. The stabilizer plate fails to stop the rack spinning because you can only use a single stabilizer bolt instead of the 2 supplied on my Subaru tow bar. It might work on other tow bars.”

“Ordered rack set for 2 day delivery from Melbourne. 10 days later, all I have is a message saying my order has been “manifested” in Queensland and another message saying my order has been “manifested” in Canberra. No idea where my racks are or when they will arrive. No communication or follow up. Just a link to a logistics company which tells me nothing. Should have bought them from their competition in Queensland. They’d probably be here by now.”

“I'm never happy when a store decides to give authority to leave for a delivered parcel worth a lot of money. It's even worse when they choose to use Aramex, the worst delivery company in the country, that take authority to leave as an invitation to dump stuff in front of your house without even bothering to knock or ring the doorbell.”

“When you pay extra for express post at 2pm in the afternoon you would expect that your item would at least be in the mail that day, not the following. Australia Post is slow enough these days as it is without you guys missing the starters gun. Otherwise, the service and info on the phone was good.”

“Dissapointing, I placed an order with Roofs Rack Galore becasue they said they had items in stock and would deliver in 2 business days. After placing the order and paying I was contacted by roof racks galore and told that if I did not pay extra costs to ship the items from separate warehouses then I would have to wait over a month for delivery. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere”
